Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing in the state of Missouri for 10 years. I hold a Master's degree in counseling and a play therapy certification along with specialized training in trauma informed care and treating anxiety disorders. I enjoy helping people untangle the patterns that aren't serving them anymore, build coping strategies that actually fit their real lives, and reconnect with parts of themselves that feel strong, steady, and whole.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, relational, and collaborative. I work to create a space that feels safe, grounded, and genuine-where clients can be fully themselves without fear of judgement. I strive to balance warmth with gentil directness. I believe healing happens in a trusting relationship where you feel supported, challenged, and empowered to reconnect with your strength and resilience.

What you can expect from me

In your first session with me, we will spend time getting to know what's bringing you in, what feels most pressing, and what you're hoping might feel different in your life. I'll ask thoughtful questions to understand your history, strengths, and patterns, while also making space for you to ask me anything you need to feel safe and informed. My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the work we will do together.
