As a counselor of color, my calling is to offer an intersectional perspective, particularly for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ individuals who may feel unseen in traditional therapeutic spaces. At the same time, I welcome and work with clients from all backgrounds and identities, honoring the uniqueness of each person’s lived experience.
Through an Internal Family Systems approach, I help clients navigate the thoughts, feelings, and beliefs that have been important and protective to their systems. By bringing awareness to these Parts, I support individuals in gaining clarity, compassion, and confidence within themselves.
Clients should expect a warm welcome and an environment that feels safe and relaxed. We're all humans trying to be human. Its my goal to collaborate together!
