I am a passionate, driven, therapist, mental health advocate, and motivational speaker,
whose life goal has always been to help others along the way. I received my Master’s Degree in Social Work from the Graduate College of Social Work on the campus of the University of Houston.
She has been a therapist for the past five years specializing in childhood trauma, grief, eidetic imagery, trauma, and helping others deal with generational bondage.
My therapeutic approach is direct and active, promoting clarity, healing, encouragement, as well as change. I possess experience working with clients diagnosed with diverse mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, mood disorders, etc.
I want people to understand that they have hope and that there is help available. As challenging as entering therapy can be, Ms. Wright seeks to bring comfort to the therapeutic process and help the individuals reach their goals, deal with their traumas, and engage them in a life-changing institution that will forever change the way they think, act, and feel.
