My therapeutic style consists of developing a warm and relaxed environment. My approach is tailored to each client's unique needs, experiences, and goals. While I specialize in somatic work and mind-body healing, I also draw from evidence-based modalities including CBT, MBCT, attachment-based work, and psychodynamic therapy to help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and support lasting emotional change.
