Great to meet you!

Hello there ! I am a NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience providing individual therapy to clients of all ages and cultural backgrounds. Over the years, I have worked with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and much more. I enjoy working with each client to create an environment in which we can work collaboratively to achieve your desired goals !

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic style consists of developing a warm and relaxed environment. In doing so, we can create a strong therapeutic rapport which will allow us to further explore your concerns. I have experience utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities which I tailor to each client. I incorporate modalities such as CBT, MBCT, solution-focused , and client-centered.

What you can expect from our first session

I strive to create a space in which each client feels safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and the happenings of their own life. We will work together to determine realistic goals and the steps needed to get there.
