Great to meet you!

Therapy is my passion, and my personal experiences with anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges are part of what inspired me to become a therapist. I understand firsthand how difficult it can be to seek help, and this perspective allows me to approach therapy with genuine empathy, humility, and authenticity.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and straightforward. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood, while also offering clear, direct feedback that fosters insight, accountability, and growth. Informed by both personal experience and extensive professional experience with addictions, I tailor therapy to each client’s needs and work alongside them to develop practical coping skills, stronger relationships, and lasting emotional resilience.

I work with adults and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, addictions, and relationship concerns, including overthinking, panic attacks, emotional regulation difficulties, communication problems, trust issues, and conflict.

I am committed to making therapy accessible and approachable. I offer flexible scheduling options and a timely, efficient intake process, making it easier for clients to begin therapy without unnecessary delays.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance to slow down and talk through what’s been feeling difficult. We’ll discuss your mental health goals, current symptoms, relationship dynamics, and any past therapy experiences. This is a supportive, low-pressure conversation where you can share at your own pace. I’ll explain my approach, answer questions, and help identify next steps so you leave feeling understood, supported, and clear about the path forward.
