Great to meet you!

I am an experienced psychotherapist and practice in a neutral, non-judgmental way. If you are looking to gain a deeper understanding of your internal struggles or feel a greater sense of personal fulfillment, I can help you. I have over twenty-five years of experience after receiving my Master of Social Work degree and have additional post-graduate training and experience from Contemporary Freudian Society and Institute for Psychoanalytic Training and Research.

My approach to therapy

I have worked with people with a variety of concerns; including, trauma, emotional dysregulation, identity concerns, difficulty in relationships, addictions and managing mental illness.

What you can expect from me

As a New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist, I help individuals navigate life’s challenges to create meaningful, lasting change. I provide trauma-informed care to those experiencing anxiety, depression, and significant life transitions. My work integrates psychodynamic understanding with mindfulness-based approaches to identify patterns, deepen self-awareness, and strengthen self-reliance. Our work together is collaborative and thoughtful. I offer a nonjudgmental space where you will be seen and heard as we explore what may be getting in the way of greater ease and fulfillment. I bring extensive experience from both private practice and community mental health settings and welcome the opportunity to discuss how we might work together.
