Great to meet you!

Hi! I am a therapist with 9+ years of experience working with individuals seeking out connection and insight into their daily lives. Whether you are feeling “stuck” or isolated, or have experienced trauma in your past, you don’t have to work it out alone. I aim to provide a safe place to explore with empathy, directness, and humor, helping you build perspective and agency. I originally got my degree in Film and TV from Temple University and have worked in the entertainment industry for over 20 years. However, I have always felt drawn toward a helping profession, even though I wasn’t sure where I’d land. After volunteering in crisis intervention and having my own positive experiences in therapy, I was motivated to help others feel supported and less alone. It can feel intimidating and stressful to initiate therapy, so congratulations - you already made the first step! By exploring and navigating new paths together, we can begin to discover possibilities and opportunities for change. Contact me for a free consultation call, and let’s start this journey together.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to provide a safe space, approaching things with honesty, empathy, and humor. Together, we can explore new perspectives and navigate a different path—like astronauts! I try to not work only one way and adjust my style to who I am working with. Because you are the expert in your experience, and you also control the gas AND the brake.

What you can expect from me

If there's one thing I would like you to take away, is that you have support and a companion in this process - not to tell you what to do, but to offer perspective. I'd like you to know you have someone to help sit with these feelings.
