Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I work especially well with people who are highly self-aware, yet find themselves repeatedly halted by limiting beliefs, self-doubt, or internal patterns that interfere with their progress. Many of my clients understand themselves on a deep level but still feel stuck, whether in relationships, career decisions, or personal goals, despite knowing what they want to do. My work is grounded, practical, and compassionate, helping you move beyond insight into meaningful, lasting change. I offer telehealth sessions for clients in New York and Massachusetts.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative, relational, and insight-oriented, blending modalities such as attachment-based therapy, parts work (IFS-informed), polyvagal-informed care, and cognitive-behavioral strategies. I focus on helping you understand the deeper roots of your limiting beliefs, where they come from, how they are reinforced, and how they show up in your thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. Together, we work to shift these patterns in a way that feels both actionable and sustainable. This often includes building awareness, strengthening emotional regulation, and developing new ways of responding to internal barriers so they no longer dictate your choices or direction.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, non-judgmental space where we begin to understand what’s bringing you in and what feels stuck or blocked right now. We’ll explore your goals, current challenges, and any patterns you’ve noticed in yourself, especially those that seem to get in your way. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to help identify underlying themes while also giving you space to share at your own pace. Together, we’ll begin to map out what you want to shift and how therapy can support that process. Most importantly, you’ll get a sense of how I work, grounded, collaborative, and focused on helping you move forward with clarity and confidence.
