Great to meet you!

There's a version of stuck that looks different for everyone. Maybe it's anxiety that won't quit, a habit you keep trying to break, or something from the past that still shows up when you least expect it. I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating ADHD, trauma, addiction, anxiety, and depression. My style is warm and direct, and I genuinely want to see you get to a place where life feels more like yours again.

My approach to therapy

In our sessions, we start from where you actually are, not where you think you should be. Together we track your progress in real time and adjust as we go, so the work always feels relevant to what is happening in your life right now. I have deep experience in trauma, addiction recovery, and attention challenges, and I focus on the strengths you already bring into the room. The goal is not just to feel better for a while but to build tools that keep working long after our work together wraps up.

What you can expect from me

The first session is relaxed. I want to hear about your history and what you are hoping for. There is no script and no pressure to have it all figured out. I look forward to learning about you and what brought you here. Reach out whenever you are ready and we will take it from there.
