Great to meet you!

I have been a practicing counselor for 10 years, 7 licensed. My population ranges from 5 years old to end of life. I started my career working with inpatient children with behavior and mood disorders. I eventually worked on a college setting with a number of students whom were dealing with anxiety, trauma, and just needed help with goal setting. Currently I work with all the above on an outpatient setting but also adults that are working to fix their lives in areas that are disrupted.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work with clients using cognitive behavioral therapy. I believe that treatment starts by examining and changing the negative thoughts and talk we tell ourselves that influence our actions and behaviors. Together we will work on learning techniques that help promote a healthier body, mind and soul.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is for my clients to leave better than they came and to walk away with tools that they use when we are no longer working together.

Please contact me to find availability to schedule.
