Great to meet you!

I have been practicing psychotherapy for three decades and am an award winning teacher at Ohio State University where I instruct new therapists and social workers. It is my life's work to help people grow and find their true selves, and I cherish seeing clients blossom and find joy.

My approach to therapy

I instill hope and deeply care for my clients. Life is stressful and I work hard with clients to find meaning and new ideas. I am supportive and empathetic in my work and am non-judgmental and direct. I encourage client growth and love to be creative to help clients integrate the body, mind and spirit into healing.

What you can expect from me

Clients can be assured that their goals will be the focus and that they will have practical solutions to life's struggles. Feeling understood and supported is primary and clients will develop new views of themselves and others.
