Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 10 years of experience working in behavioral health. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from the University of North Dakota, with specialized training in psychiatric-mental health care. I work with adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-related symptoms, mood disorders, and substance use disorders. My goal is to provide a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable taking an active role in your mental health care.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I take time to understand your symptoms, experiences, treatment history, and goals so we can develop a plan that fits your needs. I use evidence-based practices and, when medication is appropriate, we’ll discuss the benefits, risks, alternatives, and any concerns you may have before making decisions together. I want you to feel heard, informed, and actively involved in your care.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and better understand what brings you to care. We’ll talk about your current concerns, mental and physical health history, past treatments, medications, and the goals you’d like to work toward. I strive to create a comfortable, judgment-free environment where you can speak openly and ask questions. Together, we’ll develop a personalized treatment plan and discuss the next steps that best fit your needs.
