Great to meet you!

My name is Robert and I've been a practicing therapist for 7 years after graduating from Regis University. I have extensive practice in supporting those struggling with overwhelming emotions, navigating addiction, resolving trauma, and repairing/strengthening important relationships.

A bit about my approach to therapy

You will find my approach to be progressive, well-informed, direct, and compassionate. This includes a deep resonance with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, which I closely integrate with mindfulness practices. It includes not only practicing acceptance of the world as it is and ourselves as we are, but also committing to actions that lead towards our core values and our best selves.

What you can expect from our first session

I strive to bring an authentic presence into each session, with a deep respect for each person's story. I incorporate mindfulness practice to nurture healthier relationships with emotions, self, and others. At the same time, I trust the wisdom of each client and work collaboratively with them to support their vision for a better future. Clients can expect to come away from each session feeling heard while also learning core skills to empower their healing journey.
