I specialize in relationship issues, life transitions, anxiety, depression and PTSD. I also offer support for clients facing medical challenges or navigating religious trauma.

I believe that we all have 'more' in us, but so often it's buried under the weight of everything we've been or are currently going through. I can help you unpack it all and free up energy for whats most important to you.
