Great to meet you!

I began my career in psychiatry in 2019 as an inpatient registered nurse at Zucker Hillside Hospital, where I cared for individuals across the lifespan—from adolescents to older adults. My work focused primarily on adults living with complex and chronic psychiatric conditions such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depression, borderline personality disorder, ADHD, PTSD, autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disabilities, gender identity-related concerns, and co-occurring substance use disorders.

I went on to earn my Master of Science in Nursing from Stony Brook University and am now licensed in New York State as a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC. As a PMHNP, I’ve practiced in outpatient substance recovery in an in-person and telehealth setting .

My primary areas of treatment include mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, neruodivergent.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic, person-centered approach to care, treating the individual as a whole and not just their symptoms. I believe mental health is deeply connected to lifestyle, and I work collaboratively with clients to address diet, exercise, sleep, therapy, and medication management as part of a comprehensive plan.

My approach is rooted in shared decision-making, cultural sensitivity, and trauma-informed care. I strive to create a safe, respectful, and empowering environment where clients feel heard and supported in every step of their journey.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive and collaborative space where their concerns are taken seriously and their goals are prioritized. I aim to provide practical insights, individualized treatment plans, and evidence-based recommendations that support both emotional well-being and day-to-day functioning. My goal is for each session to leave you feeling heard, informed, and empowered with tools to better understand and manage your mental health.
