I have an easygoing personality and take clients where they are within the counseling process. I have 7 years of professional experience treating clients with a wide variety of mental health conditions, including Attention Deficit Disorders, grief, Obsessive Compulsive Disorders, trauma, and anxiety. I also enjoy helping clients with couples therapy and vocational counseling.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help facilitate positive emotional growth. Focusing on client needs and developing strengths rather than past setbacks is most important. The counseling process should provide clients with a safe place to tell their stories and provide a renewed sense of purpose.

Clients should be more intentional after sessions and more capable of managing their lives. They should be more comfortable processing feelings and feel more grounded. Clients should feel differently about themselves, their mental health, and their future after counseling.
