Great to meet you!

I am best positioned to serve clients who are experiencing grief, loss, or major life transitions and are seeking a supportive space to make sense of their emotions. I work well with individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward, but who are open to reflection, learning new coping skills, and gentle personal growth. My goal is to support clients in building resilience, gaining clarity, and developing tools that help them navigate challenges with greater confidence and self-compassion.

My approach to therapy

What stands out about my therapeutic approach is its balance of compassion, structure, and practicality. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space while using evidence-based methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to help clients gain insight and develop skills they can apply in everyday life. My work is collaborative and goal-oriented, focusing not only on understanding challenges but also on fostering meaningful change, resilience, and a stronger sense of self over time.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive conversation focused on getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your current concerns, relevant history, and what you hope to gain from our work together, at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I’ll also explain how therapy works, answer any questions you may have, and begin identifying goals so we can create a thoughtful plan tailored to your needs.
