Hello! My name is Robert and I am a licensed professional counselor who specializes in trauma related disorders, depression, and anxiety.
My approach to therapy is simple: meet the person where they are at in this moment. Lets start where you are and get to where you would like to be.
Together we will approach therapy from a strengths based perspective while also being inquisitive. I am EMDR and CPT trained for the treatment of depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I also use CBT and DBT skills. There is no cookie cutter approach and I will individualize to each person's needs.
We will create a non-judgmental inquisitive space where we can properly process through current events or events from the past with a new lens.
