Great to meet you!

You may look like you have everything under control while your mind tells a very different story. Maybe you spend hours overthinking conversations, anticipating what could go wrong, or trying to quiet thoughts that won't let up. Anxiety and OCD can make it difficult to switch off, while chronic stress can leave you feeling irritable, mentally exhausted, or unable to fully relax. I also work with men who may be used to handling things on their own, keeping difficult emotions to themselves, or feeling pressure to always be the one who has it together.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and nonjudgmental. Together, we'll look at the patterns that keep anxiety, stress, and OCD going and work on healthier ways to respond when your mind gets stuck in worry, doubt, or "what ifs." I also create space to talk honestly about the pressures, expectations, relationships, and emotions that can be difficult to put into words. My goal isn't to tell you how you should feel—it’s to help you understand yourself better and develop tools that actually fit your life.

What you can expect from me

Therapy doesn't have to mean sitting around talking without a direction. We'll identify what you want to change, focus on what is getting in the way, and work toward practical steps that help you feel more grounded and in control. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, OCD, chronic stress, or simply feel like the way you've been handling things isn't working anymore, we'll work together to find a path forward that feels realistic and meaningful.
