Dealing with today’s stressors and struggles can seem to be overwhelming and insurmountable. Whether it is past trauma or current difficulty dealing with life’s problems I can help you negotiate these difficulties. I take a very non-judgmental and empathic stance to help you feel comfortable and calm while you move forward with therapy. I will create the safe space you need to bring forth your issues and worries in a very honest and forthright manner. At the same time I will honor and respect your life experiences and treat you with dignity, compassion and understanding.

I take a person-centered approach to therapy-which means you take the lead in therapy and “steer the ship”. My role is to support and help you along the therapeutic process. I can use a number of modalities to help you with the process of healing and growth.
