Great to meet you!

I have over 25 years of experience working with adults and couples, primarily in community mental health and outpatient settings. Throughout my career, I’ve supported individuals navigating relationship challenges, emotional distress, and periods of transition.

My work has shown me that most people are seeking a sense of wholeness and meaning, and that growth is not a one-time event, but an ongoing process. Therapy can be a place to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels grounded and supportive.

My approach to therapy

My approach is hands-on and practical, with a focus on identifying the beliefs and thought patterns that may be getting in the way of fulfillment and emotional well-being.

Together, we work to increase insight, challenge unhelpful patterns, and develop healthier ways of thinking and responding. I aim to create a collaborative space where therapy feels active, purposeful, and tailored to your goals.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know one another and begin identifying what feels most important for you to work on. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, clarify your goals, and outline initial areas of focus.

My goal is for you to leave the session with a clearer sense of direction and an understanding of how we can work together to address the challenges you’re facing.
