Great to meet you!

With over 10 years of experience as a licensed clinical social worker, I’ve supported individuals through some of the most challenging moments in their lives—including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and substance use.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to start, you’re not alone. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can work through what’s going on and begin finding a path forward that feels realistic and manageable.

My background in healthcare settings has given me experience working with both mental health and medical challenges, allowing me to take a more holistic view of what you’re going through.

My approach to therapy

I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing to help you better understand your thoughts, behaviors, and patterns.

My approach is collaborative and tailored to you—I meet you where you are and focus on what will help you make meaningful progress. Together, we’ll build practical tools and strategies that you can apply in your day-to-day life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a comfortable, low-pressure conversation where we’ll talk about what’s been going on and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy.

From there, we’ll begin identifying your goals and mapping out a plan that fits your individual needs. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and clear on next steps.
