I have been a social worker for over twenty years working with children and adolescents. My greatest asset is establishing trust and respect. My clients trust me because I have established a relation with them. I am honest, direct, funny and I will challenge you when its needed. I am interested in continuing working with children, adolescents. I am interested in working with neruodivergent clientele. I am also interested working with adults and helping you in the different stages of your life,

In our sessions, I want to assist you with what your priorities are, what goals you want to work on, and determine what course you can take. I utilize solution-focused therapy, with elements of cognitive behavior therapy that focuses on empowerment, developing coping strategies, and focusing on your strengths to help you address issues. My goal as a therapist is to help you initiate the change you want for yourself. I hope whatever phase you’re in we can find hope and meaning together.

I hope when we work together you feel better about yourself or you have a greater understanding of what issues you want to address. I value your perspective, your point of view, and your life experience. I hope that together we can figure out why you are seeking therapy and what you need to address. I want to help my clients feel empowered and give them hope regarding their life. I also think offering support and encouraging clients is an important part of therapy.
