Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Therapist with experience providing behavioral health treatment to individuals and couples. I support clients experiencing anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, and emotional challenges in a respectful, culturally responsive therapeutic environment.

My approach to therapy

I take a person-centered and collaborative approach with empathy and unconditional positive regard. I use CBT and trauma-focused approaches, mindfulness, and strengths-based interventions to increase awareness, address patterns, develop coping skills, and support change for different outcomes.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity to share your concerns, experiences, strengths, relationships, and goals.
