Great to meet you!

I specialize in supporting adults navigating the challenges of anxiety, depression, insomnia, or alcohol use issues, who are ready to take steps toward positive change. I offer a collaborative, non-judgmental space and have a passion for supporting members of the LGBTQIA+ community with these struggles. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that aligns with your goals and empowers you to move forward with confidence and resilience.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have training in evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I also offer CBT-I and brief behavioral treatment for insomnia. By working collaboratively, we’ll create a personalized plan to build coping skills and empower you to achieve your mental health goals.

What you can expect from our first session

I am a client centered therapist and will meet you where you are at. I provide a warm and empathetic space to process difficult emotions, and we will work together to develop specific skills to manage the challenges that they can present.
