Great to meet you!

I provide thoughtful, individualized therapy for adults navigating anxiety, stress, depression, relationship concerns, or the general challenges of life. While I work with a wide range of adults, I specialize in young adults, men, and LGBTQ+ individuals. Whether you're facing one clear hurdle or managing a complex mix of stressors, I partner with you to turn toward building lasting growth.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is calm, collaborative, nonjudgmental, and practical. Together, we'll identify where you'd like to go, figure out what's keeping you stuck, and build concrete skills and strategies to get you unstuck and moving forward. In situations that feel impossible, I want to help you find possibilities. Above all, I aim to be a genuinely engaged conversation partner. In therapist language: I operate from a person-centered base, drawing on tools from CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based approaches—methods with strong research backing that translate into real, everyday change. For clients who want it, I can also offer more structured, goal-focused work using evidence-based protocols, including approaches for mild OCD and trauma.

What you can expect from me

Sessions with me feel like a conversation. I’ll ask questions, and I’ll give you room to talk. When it would be helpful, I can offer practical skills and strategies. The first session is about getting to know you, what’s bringing you in and what you’d like to be different. By the end, I hope that we’ve identified the areas that you’d like to work on, set some overall goals, and make sure it feels like a good mutual fit. If you’re interested, reach out to schedule a 15-minute phone consultation.
