Great to meet you!

I practice with an evidence based foundation with the understanding everyone is different, and not one method will fit everyone. My goal is to guide the client through the challenges they will encounter while working toward their goals with the understanding goals can be elusive and change. I accept life can be difficult and it is less difficult when we tackle issues together. Available on Saturday’s.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in evidence based practice of what works, and working within my limitations. If I recognize I do not have the skills required to help someone, I do have the ability to help them find a provider that can help them

What you can expect from our first session

Each session you can expect to take away a different perspective and a new skill to practice in your everyday life. Skills and tools learned in session are intended to make small improvements so over time we make sustainable positive changes.
