Great to meet you!

I am a marriage and family therapist with over 25 years of experience working as a clinician and couples counselor. I have experience working with both individuals, couples, and families dealing with a variety of individual issues as well as a wide range of relationship issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapy style is engaging and directive. I believe in treating all with respect, sensitivity, compassion, and empathy. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused modalities with emotionally focused therapy interventions. I also operate from a trauma-informed perspective.
