Throughout the years, I have greatly benefited from my own therapy. I want to offer the same support and understanding that I received. To best serve clients, I employ my work and life experiences, education, and training in my practice.

I approach clients from an open-minded and non-judgmental stance, always considering their identity, individuality, and circumstances. I understand that everyone's path to betterment is not identical. I utilize evidence-based approaches that coincide with clients' specific wants and needs.

We begin with open communication, connection, and trust. Establishing rapport and a working alliance is paramount. I want clients to know and feel that I am on their side. Together, we work towards their goals.
