Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm glad you're here.

I have a Master of Science in Marriage, Family, and Child Therapy and have spent the past several years working with children, parents, foster parents, and families involved in the child welfare system. Along the way, I've learned that people heal best when they feel safe, understood, and accepted.

I work with people of all ages and am especially helpful for those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and attachment-related concerns. People often tell me I'm easy to talk to. I'm a regular person first and a therapist second, and I believe some of the best therapy happens through a genuine human connection.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, and grounded in attachment. I don't believe anyone should feel pressured to share before they're ready. Instead, I focus on building trust through patience, consistency, and showing up for you week after week.

As we get to know each other, therapy naturally grows and changes based on what you need. I often draw from CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, TheraPlay, and other play-therapy approaches, but I don't believe in forcing people into a particular model. Together, we'll find what works for you.

Whether you're sorting through painful experiences, difficult relationships, overwhelming emotions, or feeling stuck in life, I'll help you better understand your process and develop practical tools to move forward.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, relaxed, and collaborative conversation.

Our first session is about getting to know you—your story, what's bringing you to therapy, and what you'd like to be different in your life. We'll begin identifying goals together, knowing they can always change as you grow and learn more about yourself.

I don't see therapy as something being done to you. It's something we do together. You remain in the driver's seat while I help guide the process. My hope is that by the end of our first meeting, you'll feel heard, understood, and a little less alone with whatever you've been carrying.
