Great to meet you!

Seeking help can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate it alone. I'm Robert Jimenez, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience caring for adults from diverse backgrounds. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practice. Together, we'll work to understand what you're experiencing, identify your goals, and develop a treatment plan that supports your long-term well-being. I provide care in both English and Spanish and welcome individuals from all backgrounds, including the LGBTQIA+ community.

My approach to therapy

I believe the best mental health care begins with listening. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based, meaning we'll work together to understand your concerns, identify your goals, and develop a treatment plan that fits your unique needs and values. I take time to educate patients about their diagnosis and treatment options so they can make informed decisions about their care. Whether you're seeking support for depression, anxiety, trauma, or another mental health concern, my goal is to create a safe, respectful, and affirming environment where you feel heard and supported. I provide care in both English and Spanish and welcome adults from all backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my priority is getting to know you—not just your symptoms, but your experiences, strengths, and goals. We'll talk about what has brought you to treatment, review your mental health and medical history, and discuss any questions or concerns you have. Together, we'll develop a personalized treatment plan that may include medication, lifestyle recommendations, therapy referrals when appropriate, and practical next steps. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, understood, and with a clear plan moving forward.
