Great to meet you!

Hello! I have been counseling for 15 years. I have earned a Masters in Counseling from Reformed Seminary in Oviedo, FL. I specialize in working with couples, helping them to navigate barriers to communication and closeness, mainly utilizing Gottman training. I also specialize in spiritual direction, but see clients of all faiths (or no faith).

My approach to therapy

My potential clients are looking for direction, courage, and compassion. They want to know that they're heard, and that they've found a counselor who can offer them hope and healing. My potential clients may also be looking for spiritual direction and/or healing from a Christian perspective.

I help people reach their goals by breaking down walls that impede the healing process. I seek to provide hope by working through issues in an environment that is supportive and balanced by grace and truth. I counsel in the areas of grief, depression & anxiety, trauma, and couples/relational counseling. I work with clients above 17 years of age.

I am a practicing Christian, and I do my best to incorporate my faith into my practice. I will, however, see clients of all faiths (or no faith).

What you can expect from me

Prospective clients will find it easy to build rapport with me. They will feel welcomed into an environment where they'll feel heard, and the process to achieving their goals in counseling will begin.
