I have experience dealing with Anxiety, Mood disorders/Depression, Trauma and life changes. I utilize effective therapy modalities including CBT and DBT therapies. I will work with you to tailor which therapies that will work best for you.

I am very easygoing while holding us accountable in the sessions to achieve therapy goals. I am told I make people feel at ease to talk about their problems, and invite you to reach out to me to talk about a future together!
