Great to meet you!

A passionate advocate for mental wellness, I hold a degree from Walsh University and have dedicated my career to the non-profit community mental health sector since 2012. Drawing from over a decade of experience, I've empowered a diverse array of individuals—from those navigating severe mental health challenges, homelessness, or re-entry after incarceration, to everyday people rebuilding after life's curveballs like the loss of a loved one, a marriage, or a job. With empathy at my core and proven strategies in hand, I'm here to guide you toward resilience, healing, and a brighter path forward.

My approach to therapy

Much of therapy is like working on a puzzle. Each person has their own puzzle pieces that they have to figure out how to work with. My aim is to empower and guide you along your journey so that the pieces can come together cohesively.

What you can expect from me

Your first session with me should feel like a warm, collaborative conversation—not a cold interview. Following a few necessary disclosures, we’ll start by getting to know each other: you’ll share what’s brought you here, what you’re hoping to achieve, and anything that feels important. Together, we’ll explore your story at your pace, while I listen deeply and ask thoughtful questions to understand you fully.

We’ll also lay the foundation for our work ahead—discussing what therapy may work best for you and clarifying expectations so you feel safe and supported. If needed, we’ll complete a brief intake to support an accurate diagnosis and define clear, meaningful goals that truly reflect what matters to you.

By the end, my hope is that you’ll leave with a sense of clarity, connection, and a shared plan forward. I’m here to walk alongside you—let’s begin.
