Great to meet you!

I am an artist, activist, partner, friend, son, brother, and psychotherapist. The latter I do for a living but I am equally passionate about all of my roles in life. I earned my Master's Degree from USC in Social Work with a concentration in Mental Health. My practice is based in Los Angeles, where I specialize in working with the diverse LGBTQ+ population of Southern California.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I bring who I am into the room. A former filmmaker, director, writer, and performer, I am passionate in my belief in the power of creativity and creative expression as a primary pillar of good mental health, among many other factors.

What you can expect from our first session

My definition of "creativity" is broad. It can range from writing to singing to cooking to gardening. I believe therapy is ultimately about storytelling, bearing witness, expression, being seen for who we are, learning to live as our authentic selves, and gaining insights so we can improve our lives and the lives of those we love.
