Great to meet you!

My name is Robert MacKeen. I am a father of 12 in a blended family. I understand that we all need support, and it takes courage and commitment to ask for that support but oh, it will be worth it. I went back to school at the age of 45, got my bachelor's while working full-time as a Sgt. of corrections and finished my master's degree at WTAMU at the age of 53. I am faith based, family orientated and love humor and the light side of life. Remember, "You can do it!".

My approach to therapy

I am faith based, and I will utilize and implement CBT and DBT (Both research and evidence-based modalities) and many of its awesome coping skills. I am spiritual and have faith, hope and love. The power of the mind is amazing and unlimited, so let's have a willing spirit and a desire for a new perspective (Change), and see how much you grow:)

What you can expect from me

Clients will take away a positive mental attitude. The power of the mind is unlimited. To bad we live in such a negative dog eat dog world. I promise you, we will pump you full of positivity. We will treat your problems at the thought level so quickly, you won't have time to have an emotion or feeling, let alone a negative behavior. So come to me for "Positive Encouraging Psychotherapy" and put a little 'PEP' in your step.
