I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of postgraduate experience, specializing in trauma and working with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds.

My experience spans hospital, school, and outpatient settings, where I’ve provided crisis intervention, suicide and mental health assessments, and coordinated care across systems. Currently, I offer outpatient behavioral health services to adults and have worked closely with veterans to support their unique needs.

Throughout my career, I’ve been committed to providing thoughtful, evidence-based care tailored to each person’s needs. I draw from a variety of approaches—including CBT, Family Systems, and insight-oriented therapies—to support meaningful, lasting change. I work primarily with adults facing a range of mental health challenges, always keeping in mind both individual goals and the broader systems that impact well-being.

Above all, I strive to create a safe, respectful, and collaborative space where people feel heard and supported as they work toward healing and growth.
