Great to meet you!

My clinical experience has covered the entire lifespan, however, my primary experience has been with the adult population. I carry a license to practice in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island. I possess a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Counseling and Educational Psychology and a Master's Degree in Agency Counseling with an option in Chemical Dependency.

My approach to therapy

My approach as a therapist is more of a non-directive person-centered humanistic style of counseling where the goal is to provide a safe environment to freely learn to navigate life's complexities and know who you are uniquely as an individual amongst the masses. you will learn what belongs to you and what does not.

What you can expect from me

Of all the complaints I've heard throughout my 30+ years of practice as a clinician one common issue often presents itself. individuals do not have a safe place to process concerns without interference from others. As Jung mentions, "The world will ask you who you are, and if you don't know. the world will tell you". I promise I will do my best to provide you with a safe environment to discover who you are
