Great to meet you!

Please read in entirety: Dr Masoner graduated from the University of Arizona College of Medicine in 2016 and is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He enjoys working with clients from a variety of backgrounds and treats a variety of mental health problems.

My approach to therapy

Being open minded is a key to successfully treating patients. Listening to patients is the key to understanding them as a whole, rather than simply thinking of patients as having a singular problem to fix. I like to understand the complex nature of my patient's problems and determining the best management with regard to medications.

What you can expect from me

I will make treatment recommendations for medications but we will work together to come up with a plan. The initial sessions tend to be longer so that I can get an idea of what is really going on. Follow up sessions are typically shorter in duration and focus mostly on medication management. I am open to feedback about the plan during my sessions.
