If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, or stress, I am here to help. In addition, I have experience working with military families and service members. I have helped clients with military unique stressors, trauma from combat, nightmares, hyper-vigilance, irritability, and anger. Service members are often faced with many challenges when it is time to return back home from their deployments. They may struggle with relationships and how to adjust back to their regular routine while at home.

As a military brat, my parents both served in the United States Air Force. I have over 10 years of counseling experience, with 6 of those being specifically with the active duty and veteran military population. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), which is an evidenced based modality for treating PTSD and trauma.
