Great to meet you!

Hello my name is Robert Michael McCaskill and I am a Licensed Therapist in the state of Georgia. I have worked in community mental health and private practice for the last 12 years. My expertise is related to working with individuals that experience life changing hardships such as depression, divorce, deaths, and/or job loss. As humans we find ourselves dealing with unbearable depression and anxiety which causes us to reach out for guidance and education.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic lens is person centered and humanistic, in which my clients are seen as the expert in their lives, while I assist and guide you through inner knowing, interpersonal changes, and healing.

My goal is to assist people in working towards fulfilling their fullest potential, healing inner child wounding and trauma, and regaining a new perspective on life.

What you can expect from me

Life is about change and some changes are more difficult to navigate than others. When we are stressed, anxious or depressed, it is a sign that our lives are out of balance. My focus is on providing a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental and compassionate space for adults, couples, and families to share their experiences and to help navigate through some more difficult life changes [positive or negative]; to create more balance in your life.
