Helping others is a true passion of mine. Battling through personal struggles has helped me make strong connections. Coming from a fatherless home and low socioeconomic status helped me develop empathy and unconditional positive regard that are at the core of my work.
A person-centered approach allows me to build a strong working relationship with my clients. This eases the way to a holistic approach so we can work on the whole person and work on individual needs.
My hope is to allow clients to leave a session feeling motivated. This may be the only time a client has to truly feel like they can breathe. This time is valuable for clients.
