Great to meet you!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience helping adults navigate life's most difficult challenges. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, chronic stress, and adjustment to major life events. I also have extensive experience supporting first responders, military members, veterans, and individuals involved with the justice system, while welcoming clients from all backgrounds.
My approach is collaborative, practical, and goal-oriented. I believe therapy works best when clients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in the process. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and strengths-based interventions to help clients build resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and create lasting change.
In addition to my clinical work, I have served in leadership and program development roles focused on improving behavioral health services, coordinating multidisciplinary care, and mentoring other professionals. These experiences have strengthened my ability to understand complex situations while maintaining a client-centered approach.
I earned my Master of Social Work and remain committed to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning. Whether you are working through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, career stress, or significant life transitions, I strive to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where we can work together toward your goals.
