Great to meet you!

You don't have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, past experiences, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life, having someone who genuinely understands and supports you can make a meaningful difference.

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia with a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Auburn University. My experience includes working with adolescents and adults in outpatient and intensive mental health settings, including Emory Healthcare.

I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I understand that reaching out for support isn't always easy, and I strive to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable being yourself.

My goal is to help you better understand yourself, overcome challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. I believe therapy should be more than just a place to talk; it should help you gain insight, build confidence, and develop practical tools for everyday life.

I incorporate evidence-based approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while recognizing that no two people are alike! Whether you need space to process difficult emotions or guidance in making meaningful changes, we'll work together at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other in a relaxed, supportive environment. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you're experiencing, and what you'd like to accomplish.

There's no pressure to share everything at once or know exactly where to begin. I'll guide our conversation, answer any questions, and help us identify a direction for our work together. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, comfortable, and hopeful about the process ahead.
