Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience. My therapy style is warm and straightforward and I find it essential to bring respect, sensitivity, and compassion to each session. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, acceptance and commitment and dialectical behavior therapy. It takes courage to seek help. It takes effort to make changes. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.

My approach to therapy
