Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Rob. One of my biggest strengths as a therapist is that I'm not a passive observer - I actively engage with you to help you understand patterns, clarify decisions, and make meaningful change. I specialize in anxiety, emotional reactivity, and relationship stress. My goal is to create a space the feels supportive, collaborative, and focused on real, practical change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy starts with understanding what truly matters to you- your values, goals, and the kind of life you want to be living. Together, we identify the patterns, thoughts and emotional reactions that may be getting in the way. I help clients learn how to relate differently to difficult thoughts and feelings so they have more freedom in how they respond, rather than feel controlled by anxiety or stress. Therapy with me is practical and focused on helping you make choices that align with who you want to be.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to help you feel comfortable, understood, and clear about why you're here. We'll talk about what's been going on, what you're hoping to change, and what feels most important to focus on right now. I'll ask questions, but there's no pressure to share anything you're not ready to. By the end of the session, most clients leave with a better understanding of their patterns and a sense of direction for our work together.
