Great to meet you!

I earned my Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My experience includes working in residential treatment settings, the Travis County Sheriff's Department, and in the Eanes Independent School District as a School Based Therapist. While at Eanes I supported students grade levels KG through 12 as well as their parents, teachers and administrators.

I also maintain a private practice working with clients ranging in age from eight to older adulthood.

I enjoy supporting clients with anxiety, depression, relationship issues and family issues. People often come to see me for help when going through life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is solution focussed and relational. I assist clients in identifying their strengths. I offer hope and optimism and assist clients in establishing and identify their support systems. I am highly empathetic.

What you can expect from me

The goal of a first session is for the client to feel safe and understood. I am an active, reflective listener and someone who will problem solve with them. I convey curiosity and warmth. Together we identify how to best support them with their individual unique needs.
