Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Robbie Saville, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 12 years of experience supporting individuals who are ready to make meaningful changes in their lives. I know that reaching out for help can be one of the hardest decisions to make, so good for you for taking this step! My style is direct yet warm; I believe in being honest and clear while also creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and non-judgmental. I'm here to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and practical tools as you navigate life’s challenges.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as a relationship built on trust, where authenticity and empathy are at the heart of our work together. My approach is collaborative and adaptive- your needs in the present moment will always guide our sessions. Whether you're navigating something that's come up recently or looking to resolve old issues, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. I want to create a space where you feel safe to show up just as you are, knowing that we can shift direction when needed to support your growth and well-being.

What you can expect from me

You will have a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly heard. The first session is an information-gathering session designed to get to know you better. We won't solve the mysteries of the universe in session one! Therapy is a process, and it takes time to develop a relationship built on trust and respect.
