Great to meet you!

Most of the people I work with notice a real lifting of symptoms within the first month — not because there's a magic formula, but because we get to work quickly on what's actually keeping you stuck. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts with a graduate degree from Salem State University, and I specialize in helping adults and seniors work through depression, anxiety, relationship stress, family challenges, and work-related burnout. My approach is collaborative and practical — we figure out what's going on, build a clear plan, and start making progress.

My approach to therapy

My primary tool is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy — a practical, proven approach that connects the dots between your thoughts, emotions, and behavior. The work is active: we identify the thinking patterns keeping you stuck and build new ones that actually serve you. I layer in psychoeducation and strength-based techniques to make sure the progress we make in sessions carries into your real life, not just the therapy room.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you'll find a warm, non-judgmental space where your voice is the most important one in the room. I won't just focus on a diagnosis — I'll focus on you as a whole person. Whether you're trying to reduce daily overwhelm or completely shift your outlook on life, we'll build a plan that actually fits how you live.
