Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with more than 15 years of experience helping adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigate life's challenges. I specialize in working with anxiety, ADHD, relationship concerns, stress, and major life transitions. As the owner and clinical director of Waterbrook Therapy Group, I'm committed to providing compassionate, practical, and personalized care that helps clients move toward greater peace, resilience, and well-being.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when clients feel both supported and challenged. My style is warm, practical, and collaborative, helping clients better understand themselves, develop new coping skills, and move toward lasting change. I work with adolescents and adults facing anxiety, ADHD, depression, relationship concerns, stress, and life transitions. Together, we identify goals, explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build strategies that align with your strengths, values, and beliefs.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my goal is to get to know you, understand the challenges you're facing, and learn what you hope to achieve through therapy. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable sharing your story at your own pace. Together, we'll identify your most important concerns, discuss your strengths, and begin developing a plan tailored to your goals. Many clients leave the first session with a clearer understanding of their situation and a sense of direction for the work ahead.
